  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and       Fridays: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

(Additional availability may be added for June and July as needed)

Our Mission

 At Swim Smart with Hooper, our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized swim instruction that builds confidence, promotes water safety, and enhances swimming skills for all ages and abilities. Through expert guidance, a supportive environment, and a passion for teaching, we strive to make every swimmer feel comfortable, capable, and empowered in the water. Evaluation Lesson Recommended

✅ Assess skills, set goals, and discuss expectations before starting lessons.

Monthly Payment Structure

💳 Lessons are scheduled weekly, with payment due at or before the start of each month.

Securing Your Spot

  • First Month Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your lesson time.
     
  • Ongoing Payments: Payments must be made by the 1st of each month to maintain enrollment.
     
  • Late/Missing Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiting your reserved time.
     

Rescheduling Policy

🔄 If you anticipate missing a lesson, please provide at least 48 hours' advance notice to coordinate a makeup session.

Weather Policy

🌧️ Makeup lessons for inclement weather will be scheduled on the following Sundays or at an alternate time during the week, subject to availability.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Please reach us via text to (469) 964-5266 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

    Please provide at least 48 hours' notice via text message for rescheduling.  Reschedules for less than 48 hours is subject to instructor availability. Missed lessons without notice may not be eligible for makeup sessions. The minimum age requirement for swimming classes at SwimSmart is 6 months for our parent-child classes. We also offer classes for toddlers, children, adults, and seniors.

    If you have any questions or special instructions, feel free to speak briefly before or after the lesson. For more detailed conversations, please contact us via text.

    Please bring the following:
    - Swimsuit (arrive dressed and ready to swim)
    - Towel
    - Sunscreen (apply before arrival)
    - Goggles (TYR Swimple recommended for children)
    - Water bottle (especially on hot days)

    There is no dedicated changing room. We recommend arriving in swimwear and bringing a towel and cover-up for easy departure after the lesson.

    There is no accessible bathroom on-site for guests. Please make sure your child uses the restroom before arriving.

    We kindly ask all families to treat the property with care. Please stay in designated areas and avoid entering the house unless invited. This helps maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all.

    Yes, siblings and other children are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, children not participating in the lesson should remain on the opposite side of the mesh pool fence and avoid touching or leaning on it. Toys located on the non-pool side are available for their use and can help keep them safely entertained during the lesson.

    No. A parent or responsible adult is required to stay on-site for the duration of the lesson. This ensures safety and allows for immediate communication if needed.
